目(mu)前國內(nei)無紙面(mian)石膏板生產線的(de)自(zi)動化程度還(huan)未(wei)實(shi)現(xian),現(xian)處于手動和(he)半自(zi)動水平,受自(zi)動化水平的(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國內(nei)的(de)無紙面(mian)石膏板的(de)質量和(he)產量均不(bu)能(neng)滿足市(shi)場的(de)需(xu)求;為了(le)解(jie)決以上存在的(de)問題,本設備提供了(le)一套自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統;其所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)方案是:該(gai)自(zi)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)統包(bao)括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)、配(pei)料工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)之間(jian)通過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)系(xi)統環(huan)網(wang)(wang)(wang)連接,構成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)層;各(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)通過 CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)(wang)與智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備、變頻器連接,構成(cheng)現(xian)場網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)層;生產控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統, CPU 模塊選用(yong)西(xi)(xi)門子 S7-300,現(xian)場I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西(xi)(xi)門子 ET-200S,人機(ji)界面(mian) HMI 為西(xi)(xi)門子 WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通過冗余工(gong)業(ye)以太網(wang)(wang)(wang)相連,從而實(shi)現(xian)生產過程的(de)集(ji)中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)實(shi)時數據統一管理。設備級(變頻器、分布式 I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場總線通訊。電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設備主要(yao)包(bao)括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)員站(zhan)、現(xian)場各(ge)類檢測元(yuan)件。
