目前國(guo)(guo)內無紙(zhi)面石膏板生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)程度還(huan)未實現(xian)(xian),現(xian)(xian)處于手動(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)半自(zi)動(dong)(dong)水(shui)平,受自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)水(shui)平的(de)限制(zhi),國(guo)(guo)內的(de)無紙(zhi)面石膏板的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)和(he)(he)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)均不能滿足市場(chang)(chang)的(de)需求;為了解決以上存在的(de)問題,本(ben)設備(bei)提供了一套(tao)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong);其所采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的(de)方(fang)案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包括中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站、配料工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、成型工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、切斷工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、橫向(xiang)輸送工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、烘干工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、各個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站之間通(tong)過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網絡(luo)系統(tong)環(huan)網連(lian)接(jie),構成控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網絡(luo)層(ceng);各工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站通(tong)過(guo) CC-LINK 網與智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei)、變(bian)頻器連(lian)接(jie),構成現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)網絡(luo)層(ceng);生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊(kuai)選用(yong)(yong)西門子(zi) S7-300,現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)西門子(zi) ET-200S,人機(ji)界面 HMI 為西門子(zi) WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站和(he)(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心 SCADA 通(tong)過(guo)冗余工(gong)(gong)業以太網相連(lian),從而實現(xian)(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程的(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)(he)實時(shi)數據統(tong)一管理。設備(bei)級(變(bian)頻器、分布式 I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)總線(xian)通(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)員站、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)各類檢測(ce)元(yuan)件(jian)。
